Admin Guide: Manage Application Approval
Admins can review, approve, or reject apps submitted by teachers or staff for district use. The approval process ensures that apps meet security, privacy, and instructional requirements before they are made available to users.
Before you begin
- Sign in as an admin with permission to review application requests.
Review application requests
- In the PGC, go to Applications.
- Click Review Requested on top to show applications with requests.
- Click an application to view all requests.
- In IT Review Requests, review the details submitted by the teacher.

Manage review requests
Admins can view and manage all application approval requests submitted by teachers.
- In the PGC, go to Applications.
- Use the Review Status filter to locate applications marked as Review Requested.
- Select the application name to open the detail view.
- Review the IT Review Requests table to see comments and history from the teacher.
- Verify privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- In the left panel, update the application's tags to change its status. For example, selecting a tag linked to the Approved status will officially mark the application as approved in the system.
