Lumen Touch <-> Google Classroom Grade Sync

Audience: District Admins

 SchoolDay now supports automatic grade synchronization from Lumen Touch to Google Classroom. Previously, teachers had to manually transfer grades, which could lead to errors and delays. With this feature, grades entered in Google Classroom are automatically synchronized into Lumen Touch, saving time and reducing mistakes.

Consistent class codes for D2L Brightspace

Audience: District Admin

SchoolDay now generates class codes for D2L Brightspace using a structured format that combines key attributes. Class codes are created as a standardized string that is consistent across reporting systems and internal workflows. This improves usability for teachers by providing clear and intuitive identifiers that make classes easier to find and manage.

Coursera Certificate URL in Moodle Gradebook

Audience: District Admins, Teachers

Users can now access Coursera certificates directly from the LMS gradebook and from SchoolDay Connect. To activate, go to LMS > Settings > Delivery Config > Include Certificate URL.. This centralizes certificate access, reduces the need to switch between platforms, and makes tracking learner progress faster and simpler. See Additional features for Coursera - LMS integration

SIS ID remapping with prefix

Audience: District Admins

The system now preserves prefixes when mapping Student Number or OneRoster ID to SIS ID. This keeps SIS IDs consistent and reliable for Alexandria and BOCES, while helping admins reduce errors and manage records more efficiently.
