The Policy Acceptance Log records every event related to your district's privacy policy — who was delivered it, who accepted it, and who rejected it. Use it to audit compliance or investigate a specific user's acceptance status.
Requirements
- District Admin permissions
Procedure
- Go to Administration > Policy Acceptance Log.
The log displays all recorded events. Each row shows the user, the event status, and the timestamp.
Understand log statuses

Read the policy document
To view the full text of the privacy policy referenced in a log entry:
- Find the log entry you want to review.
- Click the policy link highlighted in blue.
The policy document opens in a pop-up window.
