### General information

Marchup is a SchoolDay Marketplace Vendor. Each school or District onboarded with SchoolDay can activate the Marchup application from the Application Gallery.

### **Onboarding process**

**Note for existing SchoolDay Members:** 

If you are already a SchoolDay Member, and your email address is linked to the existing school/district SchoolDay profile, skip steps 1 and 2, and proceed with steps 3 and 4.

The SchoolDay Onboarding process for the Marchupintegration consists of the following steps:

#### 1. Onboarding initiation

First, you'll need to fill out and submit the onboarding form. Once the form is submitted, SchoolDay will offer you an Introductory meeting to discuss all the integration details and help you with onboarding.

#### 2. Roster data integration

You will receive SIS Data Integration instructions within 24 hours upon the form submission. These instructions guide you on how to set up the data-sharing integration between your SIS and the SchoolDay. Before you begin sharing data with SchoolDay, please ensure that you review the [data requirements](https://help.schoolday.com/knowledge/marchup#data-requirements). Once the data is synchronized, we will validate and check its quality before proceeding with the sharing process. If any details need clarification, the SchoolDay Customer Support Representative will contact you.

#### 3. Marchup app activation and configuration

Once the data is successfully imported to SchoolDay, you will receive activation and configuration instructions for the Marchup Application.

**Note for existing SchoolDay Members:** 

You can activate the Marchup application right from the app gallery and start using it after completing the SSO setup (check step 4).

⚡For correct PII data transfer, run sync on your import application after activating the Marchup app.

#### 4. SSO setup

Ensure that the emails of the registered users use one of the supported IdPs: Google Workspace, Microsoft ADFS, or Office 365/Azure.

- Sign in as District Admin and activate SSO following the instructions in the [dedicated article](https://help.gg4l.com/knowledge/single-sign-on-sso-overview?hsLang=en).
- Click on the Vendor's application to retrieve the SSO link under the chain mark.
- Test login with SSO with one of the rostered users (student or teacher).
