Setting |
What it does |
|---|---|
|
SIS ID prefix |
Adds a prefix to SIS IDs. Use this when syncing from multiple sources to prevent SchoolDay from merging records that share identical SIS IDs. |
|
Bulk upload mode |
Detects deleted records by comparing the current sync to the previous one. Records present in the last sync but missing from the current one are treated as deletions. |
|
Data will be uploaded from multiple data sources |
Enable if roster data comes from more than one source (for example, SIS plus Active Directory). Leave off for single-source setups. |
|
Compare records by Domains of Uniqueness |
Activates duplicate detection based on your configured Domains of Uniqueness. See Domains of Uniqueness. |
|
Preview of data upload |
Holds each sync for manual approval. New data is not visible to other apps until you approve the changes. |
|
Sync hold threshold |
Defines what counts as a significant change. If the number of changes exceeds the threshold, the sync is held for approval. See Sync hold threshold. |
