Check the application's consents to understand any changes made to its shared data
The Consents tab on each vendor application stores every data-sharing request ever created for that app: including approved, rejected, and pending requests. Use it to audit what data you share, confirm a request was approved, or troubleshoot a sync issue with a vendor.
Requirements
- Primary District Admin permissions are required.
View the consent history for an app

Troubleshooting
A vendor reports data is not syncing. Check the Consents tab and confirm the most recent request has Approved status. If the status is Awaiting your review, the vendor's request is waiting for your approval. If the status is Expired, extend the expiration date, see Extend a vendor app expiration.
I need to confirm what data was agreed to in a previous school year. Open the Consents tab and click the approved request from that period. The attributes and schools included in that agreement are preserved in the record.
I see a request with Pending approval status but the vendor says they never received it. Ask the vendor to check their SchoolDay notifications or email inbox. If the issue persists, reject the pending request, and create a new one, see Create a data-sharing request.
