The Access Management tab in Data Browsing shows all Passport Login MFA methods currently active for a specific user. From this tab you can also reset Face ID for that user if needed.
Requirements
- Primary District Admin permissions.
- Passport Login enabled for your organization.
Check MFA status for a user
- Navigate to Connect > Data Browsing.
- Search for and open the teacher or student record.
- Go to the Access Management tab.
Result: The Access Management tab lists all MFA methods currently active for the user. If Face ID has been enrolled, a Reset Face ID button is also visible here.
Note: If the Reset Face ID button is not present, the user has not yet completed Face ID enrollment.
