We’ve existed to share that School Passport is now a SchoolDay. As a result, we have changed our name to SchoolDay. Everything else stays the same.

  • Our services and products are not changing.
  • You’ll see the new name in emails, and on our platform.
  • You don’t need to do anything.

Support for exporting Sourced ID instead of GG4L ID

Audience: District Admin
School Passport now allows districts to use Sourced ID (SIS ID) instead of GG4L GUID during export. This change applies to all entities imported via SFTP. This simplifies the process of matching district data and minimizes errors when transferring information between systems.

Access to historical Coursera course data

Audience: District Admin
District Admins can now access the full history of Coursera courses, not only active ones. This helps to track progress and get a complete view of learning progress over time.

Support for additional attributes for teachers

Audience: District Admin
SchoolDay now supports employee IDs, which enables more efficient user management (teachers, administrators, support staff, etc.).
